Tuesday, May 27, 2025: We are honored to spotlight John Schoch, a long-time member of Florida Partners of the Americas and former Peace Corps volunteer whose many decades of dedication to public service and community development exemplify the enduring impact of a life rooted in service.
John will share personal stories from his volunteer work in Colombia, his professional journey as a municipal planner and Community Development Director, and his continued service through civic organizations like the Florida/Colombia Partners, Sunset Civitan Club, and Friends of Colombia. He brings a rich perspective on international collaboration, grassroots development, and lifelong civic commitment. John will share how, through collaboration and connecting, volunteers were able to connect and continue the cycle of giving back to communities.
